Terry and Dustin both were amazing through the process of my Refi. Whenever I had questions (and there were many!) they were quick to respond and patiently walked me through the answers that I needed. I felt like I was sending multiple copies to different people throughout the process and only when I mentioned it was there any communication between the team. Then at the end we were given some information that more than doubled our money needed to close. Had we given any false or withheld any information, not only would we be held accountable but there would probably be some severe consequences. Instead I got an apology text.

Terry was very nice and seemed knowledgeable when I talked to him. The big problem for us was that we barely talked to him. He was mostly unavailable, to the point where we were sending multiple emails, texts, calls and never hearing back. In fact, weíve heard from Terry the most we ever had after weíve closed because he wanted us to give him a review. The experience was very disappointing and negatively impacted our first home buying experience.

Terry was neither responsive to our questions and concerns, at least not without intervention by our real estate agent, nor did he maintain a record of updated data. He was not proactive about keeping us informed about the status of our application or about how to redress incorrect data. He was responsible for inaccurate closing documents sent to us 24 hours before closing.
