I’ve purchased a few homes this had to be the weirdest! Started off easy enough, then things got difficult. By difficult I mean what was required in the way of paperwork, and letters to explain stuff. Some of this may have come from a bankruptcy that would not affect others. I came from a manufacturing background, my job was to cut through the red tape. Started coming across lots of it here. Wes was able to explain things to keep me from going too ballistic! It worked out in the end
