Wes went out of his way to help me and my family get into the home we dreamed about... his advice was spot on we did everything he told us and we got a house... He was always there to answer my questions always answered my calls and was quite frankly a really awesome person to deal with.... Wes did a fantastic job, we hadn't bought a home for quite awhile and some of the terminology has changed, he explained what we needed to do and followed up to make sure it was completed, we are all busy and sometimes we forget but Wes sent over a reminder and that was great, he was willing to conference call or text or email and made it really easy to stay in communication, I cant thank him enough, he would definatly be my #1 call again,

Wes stepped in and took over for another loan officer. He made everything easy, reduced my stress and listened to my concerns. It has nothing to do with Weston - he kept me informed as to what was going on. It's the time it took to process my refi. 3 months seems a little too long to take to process a loan. I know the pandemic doesn't help, I'm in the real estate business, but perhaps you need to hire more people?
