Lizzy was So kind ,patient and friendly. SheTook me through everything I needed to know and answered any questions I had. Just getting settled and ready to move my storage. The vibe is so nice and very clean. I feel confident that I will be happy with this place compared to places I have been in the past . My mind is at ease.
Great service and flexibility. Lizzy in the front office takes good care of you and Nick knows how to get to your unit without hassle. Great folks for sure.
Overall, I’m very happy with my experience with Prime Storage in Salem. Things were a little dicey at first, back when the Salem storage at Shetland was first acquired by the new owners, Prime. Rates were effectively doubled, in terms of square footage. Rates were also progressively increased (though in relatively small amounts) for a few years afterward. Just rented a unit a few weeks ago and overall I’m pretty happy. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. When I checked into my unit for the first time, Lizzy helped me get everything settled and was just overall great. Due to the recent flooding in Salem the buildings where the storage units are did get some water inside. My unit was undamaged and the communication from Prime Storage was great and very prompt. Only reason to give 4 stars is because there still was flooding but overall I’ve really enjoyed using them... read more
Absolutely kind! The woman who I spoke with not only was gentle and understanding, but also very clear and helpful to me about my situation and how best to help me when needed. It felt not only like a business, but also a friend who truly wanted the best they can do for you. And I will forever remember places and people that do that, I am grateful and very happy I chose Prime Storage when I needed it!!
