Clean, friendly staff, affordable. The building is on the water, great view while you unload your truck. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Units are clean, climate controlled, and hold a lot of stuff. Traffic is fun but it's almost October, so not unexpected.
It was reasonably clean and a good size. Nice that they have dollyâs available to take your stuff to the unit.
Just what we needed Danny was super helpful and gave a great price, and the unit was easy to access and clean. Big dollies made it easy to get everything in in minutes.
Mouse droppings on floor of newly rented unit. Pallet left in unit. Mouse droppings on the floor needed to be swept up before using.

Clean, accesible space when you need it. Prime storage Salem offers a clean, well lit storage facility. They seem to find new ways to up the price on a regular basis. Prime purchased the company that I had originally contracted with. For my recent rental the phone agent was fast and helpful, but offered things that the Salem location couldn't follow through on.
