Great The girls running facility made me feel as if family
Price increases I've had this unit for not quite two years and have had two decent price increases, about $50 total I believe. Seems steep considering it's not climate controlled. Not sure how these increases were determined.
Convenient and you get great customer service Excellent people to work with.
Manager Melanie is very nice, the only drawback, they raise rates often Have had a couple of incidents in the last few years, one night got stuck inside the gate after going in, gate wouldn't let me out. Had to call the police as the number on the sign only gave me an answering machine. Plus they raise the rates almost every year. We have to shovel out the door after the plus in the winter if we want/ need in.
