First time renting storage unit. This is my first time renting a storage unit. I fit so much stuff in the 5X10, I couldn't believe it! I compared prices, and Eliot Storage was the best. It is very conveniently located and easy to find and Melanie in the front office was fun and very helpful!

Still not receiving invoices After a few attempts at getting invoices, still nothing. Just remember to pay on time, outside of that great facility.
Expensive 1. Can't get them to send me a monthly bill 2. Dramatic annual rent increases 3. The roof leaked and damaged some of our belongings. 4. Doors very difficult to open and close
