Awful customer service I had a problem with mice droppings I complained a couple time the last time the mice actually damaged my clothing handbags and shoes I spoke to the employees about what was happening the customer service was awful no one took the time to check my storage unit they just weren't interested
My rates were raised. Staff is friendly, place is clean but raising the price for no reason does not make any sense to me; I was told it's in the contract..somewhere! The low price was the reason I came there in the first place...I could have gone to another storage place that is closer to my home.b Very upsetting!
Hides bills so you rack up overdue charges of more than $500 This facility spent the first five months of my contract hiding bills and statement charges and then fined me over $500 saying that I was late. By the way, the monthly rent is around $20, so thats a ridiculous overcharge! Also, despite not having any food items in my storage, there are rats crawling all over the facility. Rat poop is everywhere and my items have holes in them.

can't make online payment for some unknown reason I called in my payment today, still waiting on receipt confirmation!
Poor service Ever since the pandemic started there have been an influx of random charges to my account (aside from necessary charges). Last Thursday I called to speak about the status of my bill which just hit the 2 month mark of being overdue thst day. At which point the notice in my email reflected $300 when I called (not even 24 hours later) and my account was $350. When I paid my bill that Monday evening it jumped again to $370.
