The mice The facility definitely tries to maintain cleanliness but the mouse droppings all over my unit is a turn off. Iâm afraid to even go deeper. I store Xmas items and seasonal items, no food but am paying for the cost for otherâs stupidity and inconsideration. The staff is friendly and responsive.

Clean, warm, dry and competitive pricing! A really nice team running the business at Prime Storage-Rockaway. Whenever I've called or been contacted, team members are friendly, professional and thorough. The facility itself is clean, warm, dry and logically laid out. The cost of my unit is very competitively priced, which I truly appreciate.

Very good storage place My only problem would be that the price doesn't stay the same, other than that great facility, temperature controlled, always clean, staff always helpful.

Not clean but great front desk Constant price changes without a 30 day notice. The place stinks and is generally nasty and unclean. Not properly ventilated. Signs of rodents and the bathroom is extremely disgusting. People at the front desk are generally nice, friendly and accommodating. They hire good people but canât retain them for since reason.
