Great location. Price to high. When we first got the storage unit, we paid under $100. Later it got to $119. Then when Prime Storage took over our price went to $150. Not happy about that and will be empty our storage room soon. Otherwise we have no issues with the facility.
Loyal customer over 10 years I have been using green island storage for over 10 years. I rented a unit over 10 years ago and then rented another one about maybe 5 or 6 years ago which I am still using now. The staff is wonderful my only concern is the hike in pricing. I started out paying 50$ for this unit I have now and now in March 2021 Iâm paying over 100$ for this same unit As long as Iâve been with this company I feel like older customers before the company switch should have been able to keep the price they were pa... read more
Weâve had no problems. Itâs been 41/2 star service. Itâs close to us in Troy and we have a good feeling that our things are safe.
Clean, nice access Rented a 10 x 20, door was easy to open, lock fit nicely, no issues what so ever. Customer service was always attentive.

Great experience Prime Storage has a very easy online process that enables you to complete everything yourself, for anything that may go wrong they have very knowledgeable, friendly people that will help you. I am very pleased with my experience with them and would recommend them to anyone.
Great customer service! Paperwork was super easy, the workers were fantastic and friendly. Would definitely use them again if needed in the future :)
