Terrible customer service After 3 years of storing items...during pandemic financial hardships, were unwilling to work with me on making payments and foreclosed and auctioned off my possessions.
Cost of unit I've had the unit for a long time and when I initially rented it I provided a declaration of insurance noting that my home owners insurance was covering the insurance on the unit. I have just been informed that document is not on file. Which means that you have been charging me for insurance for many years. I have a document from October 22, 2015 that is noted that Lori has remove the cost of insurance.
could be much cleaner more maintenance needs done storage door needs fixed doesn't stay in track when opening! door to outside storage unit broke. air filters never get changed.
They donât really work with there tenants... I would not recommend them especially if you are in a financial jam, they arenât very caring and they go up every year... maybe itâs just my experience since the pandemic. Maybe their customer service and office that I rent from will become a little bit more kinder...
