Great service The staff was very nice . Showed me exactly where the storage is and when my code didn't work they had it ready for me as soon as i came back to load my storage !
Ugh, holiday schedule I reserved the day before a holiday and planned to move in after the holiday. Great in theory for an online process but nope, there was a lock on the unit I was assigned, I couldn't get into the gate as my code wouldn't work so I waited until someone left to get in. Called the next day and got Sean who was helpful.
