I had a keratin appointment at 2:30. Got a voicemail saying I could come in early. Got there at 2:05 and then had to wait until 2:35! The girl rinsed my hair and sat me down and told me it would be $100 extra for my long hair to do the treatment! Total waste of time and disappointing. I understand paying more but it over 50% more then the original price. Sad mom of three 😿
Internet said 47.00 for a blow out. When I paid they said 57.00 because they used hot tools. It’s 12 more than Drybar and it didn’t even come close. My hair lasted 1 day. Completely overpriced for sure.
