I had a keratin appointment at 2:30. Got a voicemail saying I could come in early. Got there at 2:05 and then had to wait until 2:35! The girl rinsed my hair and sat me down and told me it would be $100 extra for my long hair to do the treatment! Total waste of time and disappointing. I understand paying more but it over 50% more then the original price. Sad mom of three 😿
Internet said 47.00 for a blow out. When I paid they said 57.00 because they used hot tools. It’s 12 more than Drybar and it didn’t even come close. My hair lasted 1 day. Completely overpriced for sure.
did NOTHING to celebrate. booked for celebrating birthdays. rude and "had no time" for any extras the phone lady said were easy add-ons (braids, classic updos eyc)

Hi Edan, I'm so sorry you were not please with our customer service even though we did everything we could to meet our standards.Unfortunately we currently don't provide anything extra for Birthdays and since you were booked for a Blowout with scalp massage there wasn't an additional 45 minutes for an updo. We did however have another stylist give you a braid since the stylist who did your Blowout only had an hour for the service you booked.

RecommendedThey were great and super accommodating! There was a mishap with my appointment and they were able to move some stuff around to be sure I was able to get my hair washed, blown out, styled AND get my makeup done. Thank you so much! I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup!!
