Very pleasant service. The neck and scalp massage at the bowl was heavenly. I love the atmosphere and the Oribe products used. I have naturally curly hair and it could have been smoother but all in all a very nice experience.

I do not recommend this place for extensions! There is no treatment or care for your hair, which is extremely important for long term use of extensions! Waterfront placed 3 packs of hair, despite my concerns. 2 weeks in, I noticed several strands were only being held by extremely thin pieces of my natural hair, with 2 extensions falling out. I went to the Hayden road location to have adjustments performed. Very little time was spent. Sure enough, 2 weeks in, I had to return to have her reinstall several due to one extension ... read more
