I used to work for a newspaper that Prince William Home Improvement used to advertise with. So, I was familiar with them and had never heard any complaints. That was one reason I used them. I am satisfied with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone out there looking for home improvement.
Prince William Home Improvement is a very professional organization and they provide a quality product.
Initially I was very excited to get our project started but after I read some negative reviews I was very nervous and wanted to cancel the project, luckily Nick came over our house and went over the plans against and we reconfigure some things and was very reassuring that everything would work out just fine. I felt a bit more confident but still a bit unsure but when it was done I couldn't believe how great it turned out so I'm one happy customer.
Prince William Home Improvement came in, they provided a plan and went over the materials with me. They were knowledgeable and produced said deck for me.
Prince William Home Improvement was very professional, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining the process which was not overwhelming. The timeline of the job was very quick and I felt as though the held our hand throughout the process.
PW did a great job on our project. We selected PW based on a referral from a neighbor and the initial attention to our design. Ryan was our salesman and he spent hours with us. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Our crew, led by Pablo, was skilled, friendly and hardworking. Ivan was our crew supervisor and a fabulous advocate for our project. We are thrilled with our porch and deck. Ask PW for our address and stop by to see it!
I have called several time to your office about a missing screen to one of the windows andi feel like I am getting a run a round about the replacement screen the problem have not been resolved yet Thank you Diane merchant
