Prince William Home Improvements did a beautiful job on our new Trex Deck. The detailing and design expertise of our railings makes it look like a million bucks. Our project supervisor, Ivan, was incredible. His skill, professionalism and customer service repertoire was second to none. The office staff was extremely helpful and responsive, and the project manager, Henry, was beyond professional and accommodating.
The design of our patio was changed by the workers - and we really didnt realize it until we looked at it carefully. It is an unacceptable mess. If the supervisor was onsite, he was not recognizable. If I had the time I would get on every social media account I have and warn others away from this company.
Because they’re too pushy with their sales pitch.
Deck is amazing and the crew at my house was great. The customer service was pretty bad, and a giant chunk of my lawn is currently dead from materials being put on it.
