I think it's completely inappropriate for Prince William Home Improvement to bill the balance owed on the project before the project was completed, and for them to have their paver foreman coerce and misrepresent a form that my husband signed off on.

We had Prince William Home Improvement install a new shower liner and pan for our master bedroom shower. Their installation was done well and the finished product appears to be of high quality and we're happy with it. The business process for selecting products was very deficient. They didn't tell us important information about our selections, resulting in a need to later change what we were getting.. PWHI was great at selling the product and the patio was installed as promised. However, there were a few things that were sold to me that did not happen the way that was approved by me. PWHI provided laborer's that did not speak English at all but were described to me, by their boss, as "hard of hearing". There were issues with the installation that I tried to address to the laborer but he could not understand me. I called the office and they assured me the message would get translated to him. The strength PWHI seems to have is from their construction teams who are very friendly, courteous, and skilled in what they do. They go above and beyond to make sure a job is done as best as it can be done. There is a very friendly person named Jackie if you call their office who is very helpful and great to speak with. We set up a "free estimate" from the two young people going door to door and when it came to the salesman he was very knowledgeable. Prince William Home Improvement was very responsive in the beginning and through most of the project. I was very disappointed in the end. Some of the material was substandard and I requested to have them replaced but my calls have been ignored and it has been over a month. Based on the final inspection and the way this was handled I will not use Prince William Home Improvement again.
