I love the accent of the deck color on the white railing. I can't wait until we are ready to do the second phase underneath the deck. Great job.

Charles was not very clear in his measurements/drawings. He should be more precise and take ownership of his mistakes. During his presentation he was rushing, which caused us to also rush our decisions.
