Very clean and secure... customer service helpful while still not helpful. Biggest gripe about my experience so far is that I was double charged (issues with on the phone booking) and it taking me between 10 and 15 minutes for the desk person to realize this. No manager on duty and there hadn't been one for a few days. My issue probably would have been resolved if there had been one. As it stands, it is unclear if my issue has been resolved. Kind staff, great storage units Staff is very friendly. They have different storage options, and have equipment to help move your belongings around. This place is very clean. Has security codes to get in and out and through doors and elevators. Overall feels very safe.

Friendly , clean , easy set up storage units I was impressed with how easy it was to set up an account for a storage unit. Friendly service , very informative. They had a nice big cart to move the boxes on, and elevators.
