My experience with Allen was exceptional. As a first time homeowner especially during a pandemic I am so grateful for all of the support Allen provided to guide me through the process, not in just checking the boxes but ensuring I understood and was comfortable with the decisions being made. He was always responsive on the phone and via email. Allen was excellent in communication and understanding my loan needs. We not only closed on term but before the initial closing date with his due diligence in gathering all information in timely manner even if it meant working outside normal business hours and weekends.

Allen was great. Not sure what is normally expected of an average first home buying experience but working with Allen and team made it a great one! Given the circumstances of coronavirus he kept me up to date with all changes and made sure i was well informed of everything going on. Will definitely be recommending Allen to friends and family.
