Terrible and unprofessional. Inessa M. has been nothing but a headache from the beginning. Missed phone calls and voicemails. We had to tell her and her assistant the same information more than once. She never responds to let us know she was working on submitted information. We constantly had to reach out to make sure she received anything. She can't even meet her own deadlines. We would NOT recommend.
Inessa and her team were amazing and worked very hard to help me get a loan for me to purchase my very first home! I felt stress free throughout the entire process and Inessa communicated very well to update me through all the steps. She was very friendly, informative, professional, respectful, and listened to my concerns whenever I reached out to her. Thank you for your great work and hope to work with you again in the future!
