David is very knowledgeable . He guided me through the steps that I need to know, answered and explained any question that I have. He gave me a few options and made sure I understood everything regarding the lending process. David, Lee Ann, and their team worked tirelessly to get our loan accomplished! David and Leanne were extremely knowledgeable about the entire buying process. I was very confident in everything they provided to us. Ours was a long looking process (1.5 years). They would gently check in throughout this time and ask if I needed something. Once we did find something we needed an extremely quick close. From the first day we saw our house until close was 16 days. Phew, if it was not for them it would have been unmanageable. I highly recommend them to anyone.
