Tracy was incredible. She educated me and advocated for me, answering questions and providing encouragement as I went through my very first home purchase. She was genuinely kind and I felt like I was in the best hands. She truly went above and beyond, communicated often and well, and really worked all the angles to get me the best loan. Tracy was fantastic from start to finish. Very proactive, always contacting us before we called her. She was able to answer all of our (many) questions so we were comfortable with the process all the way through. We had a more unusual type of loan which she processed with such confidence and expertise it was as if she did that type of loan every day. Late in the process, we asked to close early. She made it happen. Excellent communication!

I worked for multiple employers because I’m in the construction trade. Tracy was able to effectively communicate with the lender, and explained my particular situation. The process was very smooth and painless.
