Tanya Green is amazing! She took a nightmare situation and went above and beyond her "job description." We were unable to get a replacement for a defective Ptac unit through Frederich directly despite us getting the unit from Prisco. It became an issue that was the responsibility of Frederich and technically not Prisco but since Pricsco sold it to us, Tanya ensured that we were taken care of and not pushed off. Thank you Tanya!!

Prisco appliances was absolutely the best decision I made when purchasing my appliances Keith was extremely helpful helping me to select my appliances they delivered early and on time the installation and removal of all my old kitchen appliances was outstanding Dario and partner did a fabulous job. I can't say enough about them I went back and ordered a GE washer and dryer set before installation the installer remeasured and said they wont fit despite GEs measurnents stating it would fit in laundry closet.
