Went to Prisco, White Plains, NY May 21 to order a new air conditioner for the living room. I was notified by phone of the delivery date, May 25, between 8 am - 10 am. Received a call from the installers at 8:27 am, saying they would arrive in about 15 minutes. Workers were excellent. One worker was Chris who was extremely talented and knew his stuff. A professional, forgot the other worker's name, but they indeed were professional. Would recommend Prisco. Lesley
