I was greeted professionally. Waited a bit longer than desired but they were very apologetic over that so it wasn’t a big deal to me. Handled my concerns efficiently and provided a swift course of action.

My husband had an accident with a gash in his head. They took him right back into a room and had a provider check him immediately. They informed us he needed to go to the ER so they called an ambulance. While they were waiting on the transport they took vital signs and bandaged his head. They were kind and efficient and we really appreciated the care he received.
My provider was Catherine Zocchi, she was fabulous! So Warm and friendly. The intake girl and the front desk staff were also wonderful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. So thankful that you are here in Anderson.
