Great!!! The whole staff were great from the beginning all the way to the end of my visit. That’s why my family continues to use Prisma Health Urgent Care.
It was very smooth and pleasant experience. Everyone from the lady at check in to the assistants that took care of me along with the physician was outstanding, very knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone!

They was great
The facility is clean, updated & calm. Everyone was friendly starting with registration. Wait time was minimal. The nurse who gave my injection was wonderful — no pain! Proper treatment provided.
The staffing did a really good job finding out the issue and giving what i need to do to get well
No cars in the front parking lot yet we had to wait to be checked in. Once in a room you could hear the staff being loud at the desk laughing and carrying on. They finally came in to see me. The NP was abrupt and rushed. I wished I would have went somewhere else
0 stars would be better.. I came in for a few different reasons. Upon checking in I was told that they didn’t take my insurance which I was totally fine with I paid the $149 only to be told what was wrong with my without even touching my head, stomach, legs anything. Then checking my lungs and heart. I mentioned how I paid for a service an could have told these things in the front desk. To schedule an appointment with my doctors for a mammogram.. This is crazy.
