Quick and attentive and I felt listened to and definitely agree with diagnosis and appreciate prompt response.
They was great
The facility is clean, updated & calm. Everyone was friendly starting with registration. Wait time was minimal. The nurse who gave my injection was wonderful — no pain! Proper treatment provided.
The staffing did a really good job finding out the issue and giving what i need to do to get well
Had a lingering cough from being sick a couple months ago. 2 months of this cough and tried all kinds of OC meds so I decided to go to this urgent care since it had good reviews. Took x-ray bc supposedly heard crackling in my right lung which x-ray turned out to be clear and i knew it would. Well, almost 2 hours later I left with nothing but a script for nasal spray and advice if it doesnt get better in a couple weeks to follow-up with primary. 2 weeks?! Its been 2 months already. Wait time was a little long. 2 hours plus. Service was top notch by nurse and NP. May need to think through a backup plan to have in the future when staff is short handed.

No imaging available at Anderson location. Front desk demands a CC on file or else 200$ extra charge! We have state insurance and paid our copay! Complete waste of time to have no imaging on site and no labs drawn to check for infection. No imaging was performed NP. We need our copay back honestly!

Did not get any answers as to the cause of my illness. I left there feeling the same as I entered and with no answers concerning my illness. I would not recommend their serves to anyone else and I will not being using their serves again.

The person that checked me out wore a mask( felt like I was contagious). Even though I wasn’t. My throat still hurt and I felt she just dismissed it like it was normal. Just give me cough medicine and send me on my way. Sorry, I don’t usually give a bad review. Still feel lousy
