Great!!! The whole staff were great from the beginning all the way to the end of my visit. That’s why my family continues to use Prisma Health Urgent Care.
It was very smooth and pleasant experience. Everyone from the lady at check in to the assistants that took care of me along with the physician was outstanding, very knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone!

Quick and attentive and I felt listened to and definitely agree with diagnosis and appreciate prompt response.

The facility is clean, updated & calm. Everyone was friendly starting with registration. Wait time was minimal. The nurse who gave my injection was wonderful — no pain! Proper treatment provided.
The staffing did a really good job finding out the issue and giving what i need to do to get well
No imaging available at Anderson location. Front desk demands a CC on file or else 200$ extra charge! We have state insurance and paid our copay! Complete waste of time to have no imaging on site and no labs drawn to check for infection. No imaging was performed NP. We need our copay back honestly!

Did not get any answers as to the cause of my illness. I left there feeling the same as I entered and with no answers concerning my illness. I would not recommend their serves to anyone else and I will not being using their serves again.
