Honestly this did not get off to a good start. My primary care physician is Prisma. I have been to a Prisma doctor twice this year but I still had to add all of my information as part of the registration. Not feeling well, this was not ideal and the receptionist told me I should have already registered. I was unaware as I am not an employee of Prisma and do not know their procedures.
