Honestly this did not get off to a good start. My primary care physician is Prisma. I have been to a Prisma doctor twice this year but I still had to add all of my information as part of the registration. Not feeling well, this was not ideal and the receptionist told me I should have already registered. I was unaware as I am not an employee of Prisma and do not know their procedures. Fast, efficient, caring. Liked that masks, hand sanitizer, and Kleenex were placed in multiple places for patients . Staff was pleasant and I was in and out in record time .

Everyone from the person who checked me in to the nurse to the dr were great. They really listened and took the time to address my medical issue. I felt like they all really care about their patients. My primary doctor needs to hire the nurse I had today and the doctor they were both two of the absolute best medical professionals I have ever had. They were ai helpful and I had one of the worst migraines I have had in 2-3 years. I had Dr Liptak I forget the nurse's name and the check in desk person's name too. a

Got me right inside through check in and then waited for a while just after lunch. Doctor apologized for the delay and was very nice and attentive. The prescription was NOT called in until the next morning which put me a day behind the medication.
