You did well. Overall experience was pleasant. Our only feedback was the provider that saw us (Julia), did not have a badge visible and did not introduce themselves when they walked into the room. Therefore, we had no way of knowing the level of care we were receiving. We asked name from nurse.

I had an appointment and when I first arrived the receptionist seemed irritated with me. She seemed impatient, over worked and short with me. It didn’t seem that busy. The lobby wasn’t full. When I was called back to the exam room, the man that took me back also seemed irritated. Didn’t even give me his name. All my previous experience with Prisma UC everyone has been so nice and caring. My experience with Prisma 360 MD Clinic was exceptional!! The receptionist, nurse and nurse practitioner were absolutely amazing as professionals! I received professional support and care from the nurse and nurse practitioner!! They were exceptional in their roles, ability and service rendered to me. Their quick assessment of my situation was very much on point. I highly recommend going to this Clinic. The service given was excellent and superb!!
