We arrived at 8:30am. Completed the online paperwork for their new system, I wrote on the intake card, wrist injury need an X-ray! They told us to come back at 10:10am. We sat in the parking lot and Came back in at 10:10am to then sit in the lobby for over an hour waiting to be called back. Once we were called back, we sat in a room for another hour. The doctor comes in and tells us their X-ray machine was not working and we need to go to Hillcrest Hospital. We were discharged at 12:45 but still had to wait for a wrist spli... read more
