The facility is very clean and neat. The people working there are very friendly and polite and helpful. Doctor Karla Burton is excellent. She is precise and knowledgeable and very kind. Thank you All.
Was seen promptly and staff was professional and caring.
From start to fish, the appointment was great.
Everything. Took me straight in. Dr was kind and professional.
My appointment took over 2 hours, aprox. 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room and at least 30-40 in the exam room. This was for a respiratory infection. Also, the floors in the exam room did not look clean. Thank you

I made an appointment for 12:30 pm but when I arrived there were a crowd of people waiting. The receptionist said they were ahead of me. I waited to be seen until 1:30 pm. My point is why have an appointment? Then don’t make the times of the appointment so close to each other like 15 minutes apart when there is only one doctor attending to many patients.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We understand how important timeliness is and are actively reviewing our processes.
The doctor acted so eager to get out of the room, it was clear he couldn't be bothered to answer questions or explain why he came to a different diagnosis than expected, why he was prescribing what he was, or be willing to discuss treatment options. It left me with absolutely no confidence in what was diagnosed or prescribed for my son. The size of the pill prescribed didn't even seem to be considered; I as adult am not sure I could swallow them even. 600 mg of ibuprofen for pain should not be prescribed when 200 was already... read more

Urgent Care visit, prioritize patient workflow so it is consistent with who needs care first. Access to EMR system within the room for staff. Professionalism is certainly lacking as it is applicable to rooming medical assistant. Lack of disclosure of discipline or name let alone wearing a name badge.. pain assessment probed by medical assistant. She reiterated and I quote are you sure you're in a level of eight for pain and is it really that extensive? I advised her I'm not here for pain medication I'm here for management of... read more

Nurse and nurse practitioner both had horrible bedside manner. I understand this is not a hospital visit, but a simple "hello/what am I seeing you for today/hope you feel better" in a tone that doesn't connote their displeasure with having to see a patient, and apparently having to work at the clinic, would be nice. I wonder if they treat men like that or if it's just pesky middle-aged women? The total lack of basic courtesy in our society is a real drag. And in South Carolina, too? What a shame.
