The facility is very clean and neat. The people working there are very friendly and polite and helpful. Doctor Karla Burton is excellent. She is precise and knowledgeable and very kind. Thank you All.
Was seen promptly and staff was professional and caring.
From start to fish, the appointment was great.
Everything. Took me straight in. Dr was kind and professional.
Nurse and nurse practitioner both had horrible bedside manner. I understand this is not a hospital visit, but a simple "hello/what am I seeing you for today/hope you feel better" in a tone that doesn't connote their displeasure with having to see a patient, and apparently having to work at the clinic, would be nice. I wonder if they treat men like that or if it's just pesky middle-aged women? The total lack of basic courtesy in our society is a real drag. And in South Carolina, too? What a shame.

Brought my 16 yr old in for a concussion after a car accident. Dr Norris was dismissive. Never noted she had a headache, never noted she was nauseous, never examined her eyes. She was not advised on proper care despite her presenting these symptoms. Took an x-ray of her neck and told her to ice it. Never even asked about what she does day to day or the fact she’s in sports. Currently on our way to the ER because diagnosing a concussion is out of Dr. Norris’s wheel house.

Came in to address early signs of obvious sickness after my wife was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection just days earlier. I was essentially told there was nothing that could be done and to take over the counter medication. Overnight, I have gotten 10x worse to the point where the body aches have made it hard to get dressed and leave the house. I called very early this morning to schedule a call back from a physician to see about actually prescribing me some medication to address the worsening symptoms. Once 5pm r... read more
