Absolutely outstanding staff, incredible care.
From moment I entered this Urgent Care I sensed professionalism, friendliness, and clean environment. I could go on. I have visited on occasion GA’s Piedmont Urgent Care facility and their front staff could certainly learn how to conduct themselves from the Prisma Care Team. 5 stars plus Prisms!! The nurse and the PA were caring listeners and provided me great Care. Thank you all ever so much.

They promptly took my in and gave me an exam and answered all of my questions and offered me all of the advice I needed to recover. Very friendly doctor. Highly recommend this place.
Great staff... Upon check-in the front desk staff encountered a very rude individual....the front staff handled that situation the best that they could....the person was totally in the wrong... The doctor that saw me was nothing but first class.
Got in and out quickly now just waiting for relief
