Waited for 1.5 hours I was told I would get no antibiotic and if I wanted a Covid test. I told her that I have sinus infections for the past 30 years and I have a sinus infection. I did not take the Covid test due to No real reason other than they have seen increase in schools …. I am retired and not around school kids. She did agree after I requested a antibiotic but she prescribed Azithromycin 250 mg can be used to treat bacterial sinus infections, but it is not the first choice; amoxicillin is generally recommended instea... read more

Great personnel at front desk. CNA or assistant that took me back to the room was very rude. Waited over an hour and a half with four patients there. Medical team talking about frivolous things while patients waited. Took nurse five minutes to call in meds. No one but ladies at front desk had badges on! No one else did and no one introduced themselves or said their name.

Prisma Urgent Care in Seneca is definitely honored to have an OUTSTANDING NP named Shelly Bridget Talley. Hit the nail on the head with my diagnosis. Here I am, twelve hours later and feeling myself again. Shelly knows her medicine. I know that with the continuation of the prescribed medications, the "feeling myself" again will elevate to feeling better than ever! Please extend my utmost THANK YOU!! Shelly is GREAT!! Overall care was good. But several issues. I had a throat swab which the assistant said would take 15 minutes for results. The professional did not come into the exam room for 45 minutes and that was after I told them I had been waiting 45 minutes. When the healthcare professional come into exam room he did not identify himself or his qualifications and no name badge was on his person. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM and arrived at 9:50. I was seen on time and the PA was cordial and attentive. She prescribed amoxicillin and a nasal spray. She said that she would call it into Ingles pharmacy right away. I ran s couple of errands and went over to Ingles to pick up the medication at about 11:00. I have already submitted my comments about the visit to Prisma Health in Seneca, SC on Dec 12, 2025. I practiced nursing for 25 years and I know what excellent patient care is. That’s what I received at Prisma. On Monday, December 15 I received a phone call from Holly. She informed me the culture report showed I needed a different antibiotic. than the one was prescribed. Everyone at this facility was wonderful to me from the front desk check in folks to the CMA who did the initial assessment. Ross Leclair PA was very professional, efficient and kind. I was treated with dignity and respect and I really appreciate the care and kindness of the entire staff. It is so important to have this type of experience when you feel so bad, especially when you are 400 miles from home! Great job!!!!
