In early, saw the doc, on my way to get antibiotics. Thorough, yet quick, diagnosis and treatment!

Promptly evaluated, diagnosed and treatment began in the office. Prescriptions called in to pharmacy for continued home treatment. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was spotless.
Pleasant staff and prompt service. Dr. Stigall was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We are so grateful.
I arrived in pain and very anxious on a Sunday late afternoon. Front desk was kind, helpful and quick. We did not wait long until we were in a room. Dr Hood was absolutely amazing in her care, kindness, patience, explanations, beside manner. Nurse Tammy gave me everything I needed for comfort, including her hand to squeeze. They were both exactly what I needed in that moment. I left feeling a thousand times better, thanks to both of them. If we ever need care again, this is the first place we will go. Thank you!
Been there twice for cough with thick discolored phlegm, sinus infection? Was told once time to take mucinex and today was told to NyQuil and Zyrtec everyday. He said he could give some sinus spray which I already use Flonase. Ended up last time seeing my PCP due to increased symptoms and was given meds. Will not return to this Urgent Care.

Nurse Practitioner was so so nice . But I waited in a room for literally 45 minutes with no contact from anyone . I feel so bad that I didn’t have the energy to fuss . I could understand a long wait had there been a crowd waiting . But there were two other people in the waiting area . Next … after the nurse came in to give me a shot — she left and said she would check to see if I needed paperwork. made online appointment to have ankle xray, arrived early, paperwork signing, and payment. Waited ,then brought back to exam room. waited 50-55min, checked with staff they said would be another 30+ min. I was uncomfortable so I told them I would be leaving. I stopped at front desk and asked them to please void the charge of my copay on MC of $45 because I had not seen a provider. It was not a good first time Urgent Care experience.
