In early, saw the doc, on my way to get antibiotics. Thorough, yet quick, diagnosis and treatment!

Promptly evaluated, diagnosed and treatment began in the office. Prescriptions called in to pharmacy for continued home treatment. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was spotless.

I arrived in pain and very anxious on a Sunday late afternoon. Front desk was kind, helpful and quick. We did not wait long until we were in a room. Dr Hood was absolutely amazing in her care, kindness, patience, explanations, beside manner. Nurse Tammy gave me everything I needed for comfort, including her hand to squeeze. They were both exactly what I needed in that moment. I left feeling a thousand times better, thanks to both of them. If we ever need care again, this is the first place we will go. Thank you!

made online appointment to have ankle xray, arrived early, paperwork signing, and payment. Waited ,then brought back to exam room. waited 50-55min, checked with staff they said would be another 30+ min. I was uncomfortable so I told them I would be leaving. I stopped at front desk and asked them to please void the charge of my copay on MC of $45 because I had not seen a provider. It was not a good first time Urgent Care experience.
Paying $149 to wait 2 hours in a doctor's office without any care is a rip-off.
Lady at front desk was rude and first thing she mentions is a damn copay ??? What about my sick daughter ? Never coming here again
