Very long time spent in exam room 40 minutes plus by myself after 2 other times in the exam room. Did not offer the medication I needed until I asked for it.
Dr. Welsh was excellent. He was thorough, explained things very well, showed concern, listened intently. Great having this facility in TR. All staff were top notch! Christina @ the desk, Lizzy the intake nurse and Dr. Welch.thank you

Both my ears were clogged up. They spent almost an hour to clear them up and I walked out of there all cleared up.
Every staff member that I encountered at the office today was kind, patient and helpful. I was very impressed with the visit and will definitely use them again.
