This was my first virtual visit and it was very simple and easy to complete. My provider Candy Kerr was very helpful in trying to alleviate a previous issue I had the day prior at a facility.
Great experience with care giver. Not so easy getting anyone to help me get connected for the call. Person setting up the call should be schooled on how to connect with smart phone.
