Provider was easy to talk to and very helpful
Virtual appointment. Nurse was professional, knowledgeable and caring. I was prescribed medication for eye infection. Quick & easy!
I got sidearmed like out of nowhere with terrible sinus pressure and headache. Absolutely stopped me in my tracks! Thank God for virtual doctor who heared my symptoms and quickly called in meds. I am a fan!

Amazing and fast
Provider did not turn her camera on and said it wasn't working which made visit feel very impersonal and from patient perspective was less than ideal. There could have been others in the room with her but I wouldn't know since I couldn't see her. Seems like if she's scheduled to do virtual visits, she should have a working camera. Easy access to schedule appointment on demand. Visit was very quick (5 minutes) but my problem was addressed and treatment was provided.
