The provider listened to me. I gave information on what I had been taking and doing to try to feel better. All in all, it was important to me that she listened and believed me. It was a two way street conversation. I do not feel well, at all, and she did not downplay anything that I said. I appreciate that. I was not able to go to IMA for an in-person appointment and the virtual appointment was a Godsend.

So helpful! Easy to book. Prompt attention. Warm provider. If we didn’t know exactly what we needed, we would have made an in person visit. In this case, the provider heard what we described, met our need and we were finished in 5 minutes, all from the comfort of our home, without exposing ourselves to others. This was ideal! The ease of scheduling an appointment was fantastic. The nurse practitioner was very punctual. Not sitting in a waiting room with sick people was a bonus. The NP asked the right questions and had information about my previous medical problem and knew what needed to be done. I would recommend going this route.
