Prisma virtual dr visit was a very positive experience. He was very knowledgeable & recommended a prescription for my cough that is extremely helpful. I didn't have to sit in the waiting room or exam room. Much more efficient for someone who has Covid. He could also bring up MyChart to check for any underlying conditions.

Overall, good experience. It did take a little long for the provider to come on but very easy and convenient to use.
