This is the first time I have used Prisma Virtual Urgent Care and it was an excellent experience. I had tested positive for COVID and my wife had back surgery a few days ago. I am her care giver so I need a quick cure for COVID. I am impressed with the process.
It went great
Very easy! Plus I didn’t have to expose him to other germs at the doctors office.
It was pretty impersonal . I pretty much told the person I saw what I needed and they were like “ okay” . There were no history questions and very limited symptom questions .
Experienced flu symptoms through the day and was able to get a timeslot/reservation. Felt even worse as that time approached so we asked if we could arrange for a virtual visit. This was a accommodated and allowed us to move forward.
This was great care with such convenience!
