Nina was very helpful. She went above and beyond to make my experience a good one.
Mother is 91 years old and presenting with a UTI. She has frequent UTI’s and I am familiar with how she presents. These symptoms came on suddenly and she was unable to walk and was very disoriented. The provider listened to us and assisted us with medication so my mother would not have to suffer through the night. So very thankful for her kind assistance.
This was a pleasant experience, the PA was very nice and met my needs to help me feel better

Very thorough but concise. Quick and efficient
I have had a lingering cough and my doctor couldn’t see me quickly. So I T tied Prisma Urgebt Care. It was 6:45 and they were closing soon. I was feeling so badly that I saw I could do a telehealth. Meaghan was wonderful. Asked me lots of questions. She said my lingering cough is really bronchitis and called in some medicine. I feel better already!
