I was hesitant to have a telehealth visit instead of in person. My throat had been sore fir 2 weeks and wasn’t feeling better and wasn’t sure I could be diagnosed without having a throat swab. But the Doctor listened to me describe my symptoms and she felt that she could prescribe meds to help. The whole process including registering from beginning to end was 10 mins. Very efficient.
