The Dr I spoke to was very professional. However, the first time I logged on, no one showed up and I was kicked out of the session. The Dr called me back but the video was glitchy and we were cut off again. She called me on the phone, which I appreciated. But why ask me all the questions beforehand if it's not going to be used.(Not the doctor's fault, pre-visit check-in's fault) I stated where I wanted my prescription sent and it was sent to the wrong pharmacy and it took 2 days to get straightened out. Dr. Brake was excellent. He addressed all my symptoms and concerns during our televisit. We discussed treatment options and additional f/u if symptoms not improved. Thanks for your professionalism. I would highly recommend this service to friends and family members who are incapacitated.
