Kind, quick service and very professional
I had trouble with the voice level and the doctor could not hear me. She tried several times and they ended up rescheduling me for 30 minutes later and it was great. The video was fine same doctor she was wonderful patient kind, and understanding I think her name was Doctor Stacy Chase. I’m not sure but she was awesome. Thank you for having this option available. I don’t have to leave my house and I can get my medicine delivered.
I have not done a video appointment before but it was a great service. So simple to take care of some basic needs.
Physician was nice and thorough. Appointment was completed at scheduled time.
