Quick and easy. It was weird that I was on camera and the provider wasn't. I would also recommend suggesting what internet browsers patients should use when logging on.

Very simple very easy
Great and convenient experience! I knew I needed an antibiotic and the doctor listened and prescribed one and I began to feel better in two days! I appreciate when healthcare providers listen to their patients. I would never used this system if I had not tried everything else to feel better and given myself time to see if I would get better without an antibiotic. I spoke with Devin at Prisma Urgent Care on Verdae Blvd. Greenville, SC ... just wanted to say, she was extra kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to me when asking for assistance ... last time I tried to get help on the weekend or after hours, a nurse with Prisma was so difficult and rude ... she was not with the Prisma Urgent Care office ... so I wanted to say and extra thank you for Devin being so so nice ... please let her know it makes a difference, and she is a great ambassador for your Urgent ... read more
