The Nurse Practioner was professional and ethical and said I needed to be seen at Urgent Care or the ER, for my cough. She did not want to give me more antibiotics.
Provider was knowledgeable, compassionate and listened to my concerns. Felt confident in the treatment given.
Got the help and reassurance that I needed. This is my third time with Covid .I've had 6 shots so it could have been worse.
The provider was very professional and efficient. She asked pertinent questions and addressed all my concerns. The experience from beginning to end was simple and easy. I did not have to leave my home when I already was feeling horrible. I will definitely utilize this service again. If needed.
It was so convenient to do virtual visit. Specific instructions were given to deal with my issue.
