This was a much better alternative than going into a crowded waiting room or sitting at urgent care in my car for hours with a fever and Covid waiting to get into a walk In appointment and much better than the “E visit” that is really a waste of time because you can not explain everything in the tiny boxes allotted. Talking to an actual person makes a big difference. Thankful for this option.

Other than waiting a little bit after our appointment time was supposed to start, the visit started and the practitioner was very helpful and understanding. The connection was a little shaky in parts but otherwise it was a great experience
